Something Surprising About Me:
In 2002, I started my own company, The Carroll Group, and chose to work with only properties which were independently owned. It is now 17 years since I started my company with my first account – being the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, Bellagio which is being represented at this conference. It is one of the few hotels left in the World which is run by a family (The Bucher Family has owned this property for 101 years).
