Our Events

Roadshows - 3 or 4 showcase events in a week, generally including a luxury motor coach to get you from city to city between events. Some exceptions, based on regional considerations and availability of coaches, may apply. We permit single-city pricing on a space available basis, and a ‘shared table’ program for hotels and resorts in the same hotel family and/or resorts, DMCs and DMOs from the same destination – please ask!

Blitz - 2 or 3 showcase events in a week that are usually too far apart to drive. We typically fly between the event cities.

Connoisseurs Connections Conference – our 3-day invitation-only events. Conference participation entitles you to secure a commitment for one ( or more!) qualified event professionals of your choosing. Does not include airfare, supplier hotel room (host hotel offers group rate), or F&B apart from event. $5750

Destination University - a multi-day hosted buyer experience in a beautiful location, including a showcase and multiple experiences and meals in which to network with an elite group of event and incentive planners. Does not include transportation / airfare to host destination, or accommodations (host hotel offers group rate), or F&B apart from event.

Please indicate which of our events you wish to attend. Please be aware that our schedule may change subject to availability and interest. Once we fill our slots of suppliers attending full roadshows, we will release individual cities on an a la carte basis.

2025

Retreats Resources 2025 Destination Partner Event Agreement

TERMS AND PAYMENT: By registering for our events, your organization (herein referred to as Exhibitor) enters into a binding agreement with Retreats Resources, LLC. Once our registration form is received, the Exhibitor will receive written confirmation from Retreats Resources and an invoice for payment via credit card, wire transfer or check. (A $15.00 fee is added for payments received by wire transfer), and a 3.5% fee is added to any credit card transaction). Payment is expected 30 days from receipt of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATION: We attempt to be good partners and realize that travel schedules and personnel are subject to change. As cancellations affect our contractual commitments to our event venues and hotels, cancellations within 2 weeks of event date will incur a $500 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be credited towards another event within a year of event date. No refunds will be given.

INDEMNIFICATION: Retreats Resources, LLC shall indemnify and hold Exhibitor harmless against any and all liability imposed or claimed, including attorneys’ fees and other reasonable costs and expenses, arising directly or indirectly from any act or failure to act by Retreats Resources or their employees or agents, including all claims relating to injury or death of any person or damage to any property. Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold Retreats Resources harmless against any and all liability imposed or claimed, including attorneys’ fees and other reasonable costs and expenses, arising directly or indirectly from any products or services provided by Retreats Resources including all claims relating to injury or death of any person or damage to any property.

USE OF LOGOS/IMAGES/PHOTOGRAPHS: By confirming event participation the Exhibitor authorizes Retreats Resources to use images and logos supplied by the Exhibitor on behalf of your company for the purpose of marketing materials, displays, social media, invitations, website promotion, advertising and any additional print or electronic materials required to promote events.

RIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPH WITHOUT COMPENSATION OR CONSIDERATION: We reserve the right to take photographs, screenshots and video at our events for purposes including, but not limited to, publication in newsletters, print media, via the Internet, social media and use in marketing materials.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION: These events are a collaboration between Retreats Resources and the Exhibitor. In addition to event registration and payment, Exhibitors are required to provide contact information for five (5) qualified meeting professionals in the markets we are visiting for us to invite on your behalf.

In addition, in order to insure the best possible opportunity for all, our invitation-only Connoisseurs Connections Conference requires that you secure the registration of one Qualified Meeting Professional of your choosing. These hosted buyer events will include accommodations, ground transportation, meals, activities and gifting for your guest. You may at your discretion, consider providing their airfare as well. Please note events are at no cost to meeting planners.
